Fishing New York Nov 2003

These were taken during the first week in November, 2003 during a trip to western New York with Tom Flanagan and John Metrick. We fished some of the streams that flow into Lake Ontario between Buffalo and Rochester. In the fall there are runs of King salmon, brown trout and steelhead. The Kings were as large as 30#, while many of the browns were over 10#. They're not easy to catch as they are in the rivers to spawn, not to feed.
