Philippines - October 2017
Went on a two week trip to the Philippines, that despite some challenging weather, provided some spectacular diving. I spent ten nights on Negros Island, about an hour flight south of Manila. Sandwiched between a tropical storm on one side and a typhoon on the other, we endured six days in a row of almost continuous rain. Things finally cleared up the last couple of days and I saw what the area really has to offer. Due to the less than ideal conditions, most of the pictures below are close-ups of small creatures, but they still make good subject matter. I'm eager to return and see what else the area has to offer.
